In Tantric Coaching, I support you to become more present, see your shadows, and find your true self. 

We discuss, I ask you questions, and through different body exercises I support you to become more present.

The body exercises are voluntary, and are always agreed in advance. We can also have a session without any body exercises if you like. However, through the body exercises, your mind will more easily calm down, it’s easier for you to be present, and by that work move deeper with yourself.
